The co operative aims to establish an “E Boda” model where drivers will learn how to assemble, repair, maintain and service the e-bikes while providing low cost yet efficient and secure services through mobile app. To save time, the model would also deploy a swapping station for batteries, allowing bikers to quickly and efficiently change their bike batteries and resuming operations.
